Viviana Pérez Clausen
Viviana Pérez Clausen (female) is a sociologist and project management with over two decades of experience in public administration, she excels in managing and coordinating large-scale projects with a focus on sustainable and innovative economic development. Her strategic vision and dynamic approach have consistently driven transformative initiatives across various regions and sectors.
She had oversees the entire lifecycle of projects funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), ensuring economic traceability, preparing public tenders, and fostering inter-departmental relationships to secure funding. Her expertise extends to identifying and leveraging additional European funding opportunities to enhance ICT strategies and programs.
In addition, she is an expert for the SOCIEUX+ program, where she provides technical assistance to third countries in designing and implementing public policies related to social protection, labor, and employment. Her career also includes roles as a technical communicator for the Labour Service and as a planning manager for international projects, where she significantly contributed to the strategic economic promotion.
Viviana holds a degree in Sociology, a Master’s in Business Communication, and a Postgraduate degree in Strategy and Regional Development. Her continuous professional development includes specialized training in European project management, sustainable development goals, and innovation. Fluent in Spanish, Danish, and Catalan, and proficient in English, Viviana combines her language skills with advanced digital competencies to lead projects effectively.
